<strong>NSRF<\/strong> and <strong>the Programs 2021-2027<\/strong> is implemented gradually through the issuance of circulars and the submission of plans to the European Commission, which are prepared by the Ministry of Development and Investment through the Special Service for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation (EFSSA) of the National Coordination Authority of the NSRF .<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-wahfont=\"17\">The circulars addressed to the planning bodies and the competent services present the program framework (institutional, regulatory, financial) and give directions for the structure and the content of the programs.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-wahfont=\"17\">The draft <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pkcgroup.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/%CE%95%CE%A3%CE%A0%CE%91-%CE%A8%CE%97%CE%A6%CE%99%CE%A3%CE%97.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Law<\/a><\/strong> entitled \u201c<strong>Management, control and implementation of development interventions for the Programming Period 2021-2027<\/strong>\u201d is a necessary condition in order to activate the new Programs. This plan sets out the governance framework and rules for the 2021-2027 programming period for the management, control, coordination and implementation of development interventions receiving financial support from European Union funds.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-wahfont=\"17\">The 2021-2027 Programs are funded by the following funds: <strong>European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Cohesion Fund (CF), European Social Fund (ECB +), Fair Transition Fund (TRT) and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture
